Why This MBA?

The MBA program represents the second level of advanced management education, continuously building upon the BBA curriculum. As an interdisciplinary program, it covers key areas such as Human Resources, Psychology, Time Management, Economics, Finance, and beyond. Together, these subjects prepare graduates for mid- to senior-level management positions in both corporate and public sectors.

Our MBA in Political Science goes even further: it empowers you to translate theory into practice, equipping you with the legal, analytical, and strategic tools to succeed in the political sphere. You’ll be introduced to the regulation of social service provision, the rights and responsibilities of service providers, employees, and stakeholders, while mastering political theory, international relations, sociology of politics, and political marketing.

Policy Analysis & Evaluation
Develop the ability to describe, evaluate, and interpret political phenomena. Study how states, institutions, and organizations function, and critically assess their impact.

Acquire advanced skills in working independently with academic and data sources. Formulate your own conclusions and perspectives, applying theory to solve practical case studies and research projects.

Career Outcomes

Graduates of the MBA in Political Science possess the knowledge and skills to excel in leadership across diverse political and organizational landscapes:

Senior Policy Advisor / Policy Director

Head of Public Affairs / NGO Executive Director

Diplomatic Strategist or EU Policy Officer

Political Consultant / Campaign Manager

You’ll graduate equipped not only with theoretical knowledge but also with the practical ability to analyze complex systems, develop independent conclusions, and apply insights strategically - traits sought by top employers in government, NGOs, and international organizations.

Senior Policy Advisor

A Senior Policy Advisor plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic decision-making by providing expert guidance on public policy, regulatory frameworks, and governmental affairs. This senior-level professional is responsible for conducting in-depth policy analysis, drafting recommendations, and advising executives, stakeholders, and government representatives on complex political, social, and economic issues. Senior Policy Advisors influence legislative processes, develop policy strategies, and ensure compliance with national and international regulations.

With their strong background in public administration, political science, international relations, or law, they act as trusted consultants for governments, NGOs, think tanks, and private corporations. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to anticipate policy impacts, and advanced communication skills to translate complex issues into actionable strategies.

Graduates with an MBA or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Governance, or International Affairs often pursue this career path, advancing into senior advisory or executive leadership roles in public sector management, diplomacy, and global policy development.

Diplomatic Strategist

A Diplomatic Strategist is a high-level expert in international relations, negotiation, and geopolitical analysis. Professionals in this role design and implement strategic policies that strengthen cross-border cooperation, resolve conflicts, and advance political, economic, and cultural interests on a global scale. By combining diplomacy, strategic planning, and crisis management, they provide governments, international organizations, and multinational corporations with critical guidance in complex negotiations and international decision-making. Diplomatic Strategists are recognized for their ability to analyze global trends, manage stakeholder relations, and create sustainable strategies for peace, security, and global development.

Political Consultant

A Political Consultant is a strategic advisor who supports political candidates, parties, and organizations in shaping campaigns, public messaging, and policy communication. With expertise in political strategy, media relations, and voter behavior analysis, Political Consultants design winning campaign strategies, manage public relations, and advise on policy positioning to maximize political impact. Their role often includes opinion polling, speechwriting, digital campaign management, and lobbying guidance. Professionals in this field combine political science knowledge with communication, leadership, and analytical skills to influence decision-making and achieve electoral success.

completely satisfied studies

In my experience, the lecturers are very competent. The online lectures work perfectly from home. You can also start studying at CIE at any time, not just during the summer or winter semester. There are also student communities with whom you can connect to learn. In general, CIE is very well structured and extremely personal.
