No. Our freelance contracts are designed for independence. You can combine your work with CIER alongside other projects, as long as there is no direct conflict of interest. 

For Lecturers: payment is usually based on teaching hours, supervision tasks, or content development assignments.

For Sales Freelancers: we offer a transparent commission-based model with performance incentives. The more successful you are, the higher your earnings.

Very flexible. Freelance roles are designed to fit around your schedule. Lecturers can set times for online classes in agreement with the program schedule. Sales freelancers can organise their outreach and calls independently.

Even though you work independently, you are never alone. Our academic teams support lecturers with course material and student coordination. Our sales leadership offers training, mentoring, and access to proven sales tools.

Yes. Many of our freelancers later decide to take on permanent employment at CIER. Outstanding performance and mutual interest can open doors to long-term collaboration.

No. Our freelance opportunities are open worldwide. Some roles may require language-specific skills or time-zone availability, but in general, you can collaborate with us from anywhere.

Lecturers: proven expertise in your academic subject, teaching experience, and ideally a degree relevant to the field.

Sales Professionals: strong communication skills, customer focus, and a track record in sales or consulting. Prior experience in the education sector is a plus, but not mandatory.

Typically between 2–4 weeks. This may include an interview, a sample lecture for teaching roles, or a sales role play for business roles.
